Shipping

Preparation and Dispatch

Non-personalised jewellery: prepared and dispatched within 48 to 72 hours.

Personalised jewellery: 3 to 5 additional business days of crafting before dispatch.

Delivery

Your order is then delivered by our carrier, with a tracking number sent by email as soon as it ships. Business days are Monday to Friday (GMT+1), excluding weekends and public holidays. For international orders, duties and taxes are included at checkout—you won't be charged upon delivery.

Your Delivery Address

By placing an order, you confirm that your shipping address is complete and accurate. Please double-check all details before completing checkout.

If your order cannot be shipped due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you by email to request the correct details. You have 30 days from the order date to respond. Once we receive the updated address, we will proceed with shipping your order.

If we do not receive a response within 30 days, the order will be considered abandoned and will not be eligible for a refund. The case will be closed. However, we can still ship the order once we receive the correct address.

If your order cannot be delivered "Delivery failed" due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to request the correct details. A €20 reshipment fee will apply before the order can be resent.

Order Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows "delivered" but your package hasn't arrived, please check with your local post office for proof of delivery. We also recommend asking neighbours or building management, as occasional delivery errors are beyond our control.

If you still can't locate your package, contact us at [email protected] with all relevant details. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer store credit or a free reshipment at our discretion. We're unable to issue refunds for orders marked as delivered.

Changed your mind? Return your order within 30 days of delivery. Returned within 14 days of delivery, the price you paid is refunded; from day 15 to day 30, a 20% processing and restocking fee is deducted. Exchanges carry no fee.
